While juggling two demanding roles-GM at Prada Taiwan and mum to a
toddler-Chris Chang, in her few leisure hours, noticed a distinct lack of
beautiful kidswear. So the Parsons New York design graduate proceeded to
create a line of grownup-looking kids' couture of her own, called Poesia,
which was instantly snapped up by Barneys New York.

In June, Chang branched out into full-blown women's wear, launching
'Poesia by Chris Chang' in Shanghai. The style is Chinese minority tribe
meets edgy Japanese Harajuku girl, and the wacky collection is available
along with the more classic children鈥檚 wear line at her new Xujiahui
boutique.
